Chiagn Mai Thailand- Buddhists, Spas and Bonding

THAILAND:

I realize I am a bit late on writing of my explorations of 2010, so I thought I would try to catch up finally in May. I ended up in Chiang Mai to visit my friend Justin. It was great to see him and to hear someone else's view of my realities. I guess I do fall in love a lot and do take a lot of chances. I am excited to go to Montreal, but you never know what life has in store for me.

The Buddhist monks here wear a light orange colored gown which is differeant than those worn in Burma. I am looking forward to visiting my father and too see his rice fields, right now I just have photos of the ones I saw in Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai has a feeling of bohemian meets countryside city. It has numerous areas that it caters to tourists, but also a feeling of comfort. The spot is near a river where I would avoid walking during sunrise or after sunset when the mosquitos are active. I would enjoy visiting again and drinking more coconut milk shakes under the sun.

I had my most amazing spa relaxation experience here at a resort that did Ayurvedic oil dripping on your third eye sort of treatments. I have never left feeling as relaxed in my life!

Great experience!
